Liquefied natural gas

Liquefied natural gas, also referred to as LNG is natural gas that has been cooled down to a liquid form for safe storage or vessel transport. SWEP heat exchangers are used in applications such as mini/micro LNG production and LNG fueling stations, as well as Vapor Recovery Units (VRU) and vaporizer applications.

Safe storage – safe transport

SWEP´s brazed plate heat exchangers are used in the liquefaction and regasification of boil-off gas (BOG) and for pre-cooling natural gas and hydrocarbons.

We cover applications such as mini/micro LNG production and LNG fueling stations, as well as vapor recovery units (VRU) and vaporizer applications.

Our industrial handbook describes hydraulic oil coolers, engine and transmission oil coolers, cogeneration systems, ORC, air dryers, circulating chillers and deionized water cooling systems. For each application, there are many different layouts and solutions.
