AsyMatrix® is SWEP’s new technology for asymmetric BPHEs.
AsyMatrix® plates have an asymmetric channel configuration for maximum performance. The asymmetric pattern on the plate is specifically designed to maximizes heat transfer and minimize pressure drops. The result is outstanding heat exchange efficiency.
With our asymmetric technology, manufacturers can construct high-efficiency products that comply with environmental directives (EuP).
At the end of the day, AsyMatrix® means lower energy costs and less CO2emission.
Which applications use the AsyMatrix®technology?
Today, SWEP’s AsyMatrix® technology is found in applications such as Chillers (for instance the DP300) and Domestic Gas Boilers, such as the E5AS.
In the future, AsyMatrix® can be used for oil cooling, condensers in heat pumps and chillers, economizers and heat recovery (de-superheaters).
