New focus emphasizes SWEP’s determination in heat pump segment

SWEP is sending a clear signal of its determination to lead the residential and light commercial heat pump market with BPHEs. The SWEP NHP program aims to offer great performance in heat pump applications with existing and new products. The focus is on products specifically designed and optimized for heat pump applications. The P80-NHP model is a typical example: not only specifically designed as a heat pump component, but already optimized to work more efficiently with R410A, a more environmentally friendly refrigerant.

SWEP NHP is working actively in the heat pump market, analyzing needs and developing innovative solutions backed by cutting-edge expertise and know-how gained from years of experience. SWEP NHP also offers a complete support package, including advanced logistics and customized calculation software.

Total support, from dimensioning to availability

SWEP NHP customers’ systems are analyzed by application specialists following highly structured interviews and discussions. One of the tools used is SWEP’s SSP calculation software (see below). The results lead to precise recommendations in a total solutions proposal with a fixed price, clear documentation, production plans and delivery goals. SWEP NHP offers state-of-the-art logistical support, with Kanban manufacturing, centralized stocks and dedicated distribution centers. Furthermore, SWEP’s eBiz facility makes it easy to order NHP products online.

Calculate with SSP-NHP

SWEP’s SSP calculation software includes an NHP module that takes into consideration small temperature approaches and the brines most commonly used in heat pump applications. This finely tuned tool makes it easy to tailor the performance of the heat pump to the customer’s requirements and the selected compressor. You can download the latest release of SSP free of charge here.

Into the future with NHP

With its NHP initiative, SWEP is committing itself to leading the market by driving the constant improvement of BPHEs for heat pumps. SWEP is also matching this technical progress with the development of faster, simpler and more direct services for heat pump customers.
